The second SWITCH-Asia Networking Event took place in Beijing, from 12-14 October. The event gathered representatives from SWITCH-Asia programme funded projects, representatives from the EC headquarters in Brussels and its Delegations in Asia, as well as representatives of stakeholders and networks in the field of sustainable consumption and production (SCP) in Asia and Europe.

On behalf of the project, Mr. Igor Darbo from the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce Beijing and Ms. Zhang Yongmei from project partner Chinese Institute of Electronics actively participated in the event. The event has fostered networking and synergies among stakeholders of the SWITCH-Asia programme, thereby facilitating potential future collaborations. Links with other projects have been explored in order to further strengthen the Switch network and share experiences from other countries and projects.
